Feel-good meals in bite-sized portions! BBQ appetizers provide finger foods that keep your visitors from becoming hungry before the celebration begins, as well as keeping the youngsters entertained.

Below are some of the greatest summer barbeque appetizers.

Barbecue ribs can be prepared ahead of time.

Ribs are simple to prepare for a large group since they can be pre-cooked in the oven and then finished on the grill when it’s time for the party or supper. You can even prepare these BBQ ribs a day or two ahead of time!

Cook your ribs ahead of time, set them aside to cool, then wrap them in foil and store them in the refrigerator until dinner time.

Cooking the ribs in the oven at a low temperature for a few hours before putting them on the grill with your BBQ sauce is the key to producing incredibly tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs.

Then toss the ribs on the grill, baste them with your favorite BBQ sauce, and these bbq ribs will be ready in no time.

Firstly, preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

Second, in a small mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the dry rub. Then, evenly divide the rub between the two slabs of ribs and massage both sides thoroughly.

Place the ribs on a baking sheet after wrapping them firmly in foil.

Then bake for 3 hours, or until the potatoes are soft.

The ribs can now be cooled and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before cooking.

Preheat your grill to medium heat when you’re ready to cook the ribs, then set each slab of ribs on the grill.

Allow the ribs to warm up for a few minutes before beginning to baste the bottom side of the rack with barbeque sauce. Then let the sauce sit for 4 minutes on the bottom, then flip the racks to the top and baste generously with BBQ sauce. Allow the sauce to rest on the top for 3 minutes after closing the lid. Remove the ribs off the grill and baste with another coating of sauce.

Allow the ribs to rest for a few minutes before slicing them into portions (2–3 ribs per section) and serving with additional sauce on the side.

When you cook these chicken tenders on the outside grill, you’ll get the right balance of smokey and sweet tastes! Because center-cut bacon is leaner and less prone to induce flare-ups, I like to use it. I think that cutting the bacon lengthwise and then wrapping it with narrow strips is much simpler than trying to wrap it with a broad strip. On the chicken, use your favorite BBQ rub!

To begin, heat an outdoor grill to medium and gently oil the grill grate.

Rub BBQ rub on chicken tenders. Wrap 2 thin strips of bacon around each tender, tucking the ends under to secure.

In a small basin, combine honey and water. Remove from the equation.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and place the chicken tenders on the prepared grill. Close lid and cook tenders for 3 minutes, flipping every 3 minutes until bacon is browned and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (73°C).

Increase the heat for the last 2 minutes of frying for crispier bacon.

Place the tenders on low heat and brush with the honey sauce. Serve immediately on a platter.
